Adecco CEO for One Month
In case you haven’t heard of Adecco USA, it’s a staffing agency that connects job seekers and businesses throughout the country. It also offers career services for individuals just starting out.
The CEO for One Month is just one part of the Adecco Way to Work™ career program, which also consists of a career center, street day, and Adecco experience internships.
The goal of the program is to help those struggling to secure a job because of lack of experience or knowledge. Adecco wants to provide amazing opportunities by way of counseling and internships to job seekers that need it.
One such opportunity is to shadow the CEO of Adecco Group North America – Bob Crouch. In addition to his position with Adecco, he also has over a decade of experience working in the staffing industry. You can be sure you’ll learn plenty about what it takes to run a Fortune 500 company from him!
If selected, you’ll be able to follow Bob across the country for one month, from July 20th – August 14th. The headquarters of Adecco is located in Jacksonville, FL, but they have over 500 locations you’ll have the chance to visit.
Travel, housing, and food stipends will be provided, so you don’t have to worry about how you’ll afford it!
Eligibility
You need to be available from July 13th – 17th for a required boot camp before the internship starts. That’s because 5 finalists selected from the pool of applicants will have to compete for the internship.
You must also be between the ages of 18 and 30. This makes it the perfect opportunity for recent grads or professionals seeking a career change.

It’s not everyday that simply anyone gets a chance to shadow a CEO of a Fortune 500 company – one that’s in the HR industry, to boot.
